1. Placing of orders
The Agency, Touristic International Maritime Works 1 - Varna, known as timwork1 - Varna, is created with the intention of acting as a broker between potential employers and employees, connecting the two parties. We pre-screen applicants with close attention to the specific requirements demanded by employers, with the goal to satisfy both parties.
Orders shall be presented in writing.
2. Data protection
All data submitted to timwork1 - Varna is for office use only – no data will be shared with third parties. Employers and employees accept the obligation to hand over only facts and date that are verifiable.
The references provided by applicants will be checked, therefore, contact information is required for at least two previous employers.
3. Liability
Contracts for employer—employee relationships will be done between the two parties, without involving timwork1 - Varna, and without liability to the agency. timwork1 - Varna cannot guarantee that a candidate with be hired for the desired position, or that a desired candidate will accept the placement. timwork1 - Varna accepts no liability for the professional or physical suitability of the prospective employee. Liability is also non-existent when the prospective employee has undergone aptitude or classification tests and the results have been divulged to the hiring agency. Timework1-Varna does not accept liability for claims of recovery for damages due to the actions of a prospective employee.
4. Agency Fee
All fees for placements will be charged to the employees and will be paid directly to timwork1 - Varna. The agency fee is due within 15 days from the date of employment/invoice, and shall be paid no later than 30 days after employment.. If the employee is not satisfactory in this period of 15 days, timwork1 - Varna will organize a replacement free of charge, or otherwise the invoice will be free of charge.
Employers will receive a schedule of prices after making a request to work together with timwork1 - Varna.
5. Salvatory Clause
Should the previously mentioned terms be invalid, ineffective or impractical, the validity and conditions of other parts of the contract will be unaffected. In such cases, the partners in the contract are obliged to negotiate the terms in question until the clauses are amended to satisfy both parties in the finalized contract.
6. Others
The timwork1 - Varna Agency, and all jurisdictions, is located in Varna, Bulgaria.
All statements, documents and publications shall be written in gender-neutral language. The General Terms and conditions set forth by timwork1 - Varna are directed at both men and women equally.
